If duplicate accounts are identified, 555d will close the additional accounts and may close all associated accounts. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 555d login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. 555d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your gaming balance almost instantly. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take a few minutes depending on your bank's processing. Only deposit amounts you are comfortable losing. 555d provides deposit limit tools to help you manage your spending. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools as part of a responsible approach to gaming.
Note: 555d does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. 555d supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.
To be eligible for a withdrawal you must have completed any applicable identity verification (KYC) requirements. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts where verification is outstanding. If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before the bonus-related funds become withdrawable — see Section 6 for full bonus terms.
555d aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Processing times depend on the payment method and may also be subject to additional review for security purposes. Estimated processing times are displayed in the cashier section. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and vary by payment method. These limits are reviewed periodically and the current limits shown in the cashier at the time of your withdrawal request apply.
555d reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation. This is a standard process and applies to all users to protect against fraud and ensure platform integrity.
555d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. Where there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Most bonuses on 555d carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is available.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are listed on the relevant promotion page.
All bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion and begin from the time the bonus is credited to your account.
555d monitors bonus usage across the platform. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers — will result in the bonus being voided, winnings confiscated and the account suspended or closed.
Your account balance may consist of real-money funds and bonus funds. Real-money funds are available for withdrawal at any time (subject to verification). Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The cashier displays your real-money and bonus balances separately.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or game disconnection that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 555d reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original stake to the player. All bets are subject to acceptance by 555d. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any bet at our discretion, including bets that appear to be placed on the basis of insider information, unusually large stakes or bets that fall outside normal market parameters.
A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if the bet is placed after the event has concluded. In the case of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to your account. Settlement of multi-bet accumulators where one leg is voided follows the standard industry practice of removing the voided selection and settling the remaining legs.
In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event, particularly around significant moments such as wickets, goals or match interruptions. Bets placed before a market is suspended are settled based on the event outcome. 555d is not liable for delays in suspending a market caused by data feed latency.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for Cricket this includes the ICC, PCB and relevant domestic boards. Where an official result is not yet declared, 555d may delay settlement until confirmation is received.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555d platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:
Fraud Prevention: 555d operates active fraud detection across all accounts and transactions. Accounts identified as engaging in fraudulent activity will be closed and all funds confiscated pending investigation. We cooperate fully with financial institutions and relevant authorities on matters of fraud.
555d reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or if maintaining the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
If an account is suspended for investigation, the balance is frozen pending the outcome of the review. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be released and the account restored or a withdrawal processed. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully confiscated depending on the nature of the breach.
You may request closure of your 555d account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed and completed where applicable. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may raise a dispute by contacting the 555d support team with full details of your case. We will review all disputes fairly and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes should be raised within 30 days of the action being taken.

To the fullest extent permitted, 555d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or losses arising from account suspension where a breach of these terms has been identified.
Nothing in these terms limits 555d's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 555d's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your deposits made in the 12 months preceding the claim.
555d reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
